Delisha Peruvian Cuisine, is a new concept of food service experience for the whole family. We take pride in serving the best Peruvian charbroiled chicken. This company is created with the purpose of providing the best experience and delighting our customers with the best gastronomy.
Ivan with more than 5 years of experience in food services together with Marco Llaza created this company to bring Peruvian cuisine to the American palate
More than Food
Peru, a country with an incredible culture and above all with the best gastronomy in the world. Being Peruvians, we understand the challenge of putting the PERU BRAND in our name to our food, since we know how high the fence is and the gigantic fame that our food has worldwide. Clarified this, we know that we offer the best charbroiled chicken with the original flavors of our land, just as if you were in Peru itself, come and enjoy yourself!
Arequipa
Arequipa is our city, where we are originally from. A beautiful place surrounded by 3 volcanos, MISTI, CHACHANI and PICHU PICHU those are the names of our empanadas. TRY THEM!!
Chicha morada
Chicha morada is an extremely refreshing drink where its preparation is based on a Peruvian ingredient that is purple corn. This is an ancient ingredient that was used in the INCA empire. The Inca was the largest empire that existed in pre-Columbian America, and its greatest peak was between the years 1400 and 1533 until the arrival of the Spanish conquerors.
Charbroiled chicken
This famous plate even has a commemorative day in all Peruvians calendar. A delicious chicken marinated in fine spices, slowly roasted over wood and charcoal to give it that characteristic smoky touch!
