We are a family business, created with the greatest enthusiasm to bring to your palates the traditional flavor of an authentic charbroiled chicken, so that you can enjoy the same flavors as if you were in Peru itself.
Marco Llaza born in Arequipa, also called the white city, recently moved to Maryland, United States and decided to create, together with his uncle Ivan, a Peruvian policeman who has lived in USA for more than 10 years, a company, DELISHA PERUVIAN CUISINE , this is how this adventure was born that we invite you to live with us.

Ivan and Zarly
Ivan along with his wife Zarly are in charge of the kitchen, this marriage of more than 20 years has always been linked in one way or another to food, Zarly had a restaurant in Peru and Ivan has the seasoning and the secrets of generations of the Rodriguez family. Together they are the recipe to give that unique flavor that our dishes have.
